We ship orders Tuesday–Saturday and do our best to get your goodies out the door quickly!

• In-house items ship within 2-3 business days
• Online exclusives and custom orders ship in 7–10 business days
• If your order includes both, they may ship separately

• Orders $0–$74.99 → $6.00 shipping via USPS Ground Advantage (2–5 business days for delivery)
• Orders $75+ → FREE shipping

Live nearby? Select Local Pick Up at checkout and we’ll email you when your order is ready! Pick up during business hours at our Pickerington shop.

RETURNS

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If there’s an issue, please let us know as soon as possible—we’re here to help!

Return Timeframes

• Within 30 days: Full refund with proof of purchase
• 31–60 days: Store credit or exchange with proof of purchase
• After 60 days: Returns and exchanges not accepted

Return Guidelines

• Ruby Joy Boutique reserves the right to refuse returns for any reason
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless there’s a defect in materials or workmanship
• Refund or exchange will be processed after item(s) are received and inspected
• Items must be free of stains, odors, and obvious signs of wear
• Returns will not be accepted for damage due to customer misuse
• Please follow care instructions—cold water, gentle cycle, and hang dry is always a good bet!

Exceptions

• Holiday or seasonal items: Must be returned within 3 days of purchase and before the holiday
• Final Sale Items:

- Any discounted items
- Items purchased with store credit or return credit
- All exchanges
- Gift cards, custom orders, and online exclusives

Holiday Return Extension
Purchases made after Nov 14 qualify for our extended holiday policy:

• Returns must be completed by Jan 14
• Items must be unworn, clean, and have tags attached
• Refunds available with original receipt; store credit or exchange with gift receipt
