Sizing
What size should I buy?
Our basic guideline for sizing is the following:
Small: 4-6, Medium: 8-10, Large: 12-14, XL/1XL: 16-18, 2XL: 20-22, 3XL: 24-26
Each product has a fit description as well as other important details. We do our best to show all of our items on different bodies so that you can get an idea of how they may fit.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your Return Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If there’s an issue, please let us know as soon as possible—we’re here to help!
Return Timeframes
- Within 30 days: Full refund with proof of purchase
- 31–60 days: Store credit or exchange with proof of purchase
- After 60 days: Returns and exchanges not accepted
Return Guidelines
- Ruby Joy Boutique reserves the right to refuse returns for any reason
- Items must be free of stains, odors, and obvious signs of wear
- Returns will not be accepted for damage due to customer misuse
- Please follow care instructions—cold water, gentle cycle, and hang dry is always a good bet!
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless there’s a defect in materials or workmanship
- Refund or exchange will be processed after item(s) are received and inspected
Exceptions
- Holiday or seasonal items: Must be returned within 3 days of purchase and before the holiday
- Final Sale Items:
Holiday Return Extension
Purchases made after Nov 14 qualify for our extended holiday policy:
- Returns must be completed by Jan 14
- Items must be unworn, clean, and have tags attached
- Refunds available with original receipt; store credit or exchange with gift receipt
Shipping
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout. We also allow Local Pick Up for items in stock at our Pickerington, OH location.
How much is Shipping?
Shipping Rates
- Orders $0–$49.99 → $5.00 shipping via USPS Ground Advantage (2–5 business days for delivery)
- Orders $50–$98.99 → $9.00 shipping via USPS Priority Mail (2–3 business days for delivery)
- Orders $99+ → FREE shipping
Note: Free shipping cannot be combined with other cart discounts.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes! Select Local Pick Up at checkout and we’ll email you when your order is ready! Pick up during business hours at our Pickerington shop.
Do you ship overseas?
At this time, no, we do not ship overseas. Sorry mates!
Where is my order?
You will receive an email or text notification when your order has shipped. It will have a link to any pertinent tracking information.
If you have created a Customer Account, you will be able to view all of your Orders and Tracking information in your Account.
Online Exclusives
What is an online exclusive?
Our online exclusive items are available to purchase on our website only, and cannot be viewed in our store.
