• Orders $0–$49.99 → $5.00 shipping via USPS Ground Advantage (2–5 business days for delivery)
• Orders $50–$98.99 → $9.00 shipping via USPS Priority Mail (2–3 business days for delivery)
• Orders $99+ → FREE shipping

Return Timeframes

• Within 30 days: Full refund with proof of purchase
• 31–60 days: Store credit or exchange with proof of purchase
• After 60 days: Returns and exchanges not accepted

Return Guidelines

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless there’s a defect in materials or workmanship
• Refund or exchange will be processed after item(s) are received and inspected
• Items must be free of stains, odors, and obvious signs of wear
• Returns will not be accepted for damage due to customer misuse
• Please follow care instructions—cold water, gentle cycle, and hang dry is always a good bet!
• Ruby Joy Boutique reserves the right to refuse returns for any reason

• Holiday or seasonal items: Must be returned within 3 days of purchase and before the holiday
