Remove wooden lid, poke holes in the plastic stopper (We use a seam ripper!) then replace the stopper and lid. Tip bottle upside down for a few seconds to allow fragrance to absorb into the wooden lid. Hang diffuser in your car. To prevent leakage, keep upright. Re-apply oil to wood topper as necessary for a scent refresh.

Keep away from children and pets.

Avoid contact with eyes, face and textiles.

Return Timeframes

• Within 30 days: Full refund with proof of purchase
• 31–60 days: Store credit or exchange with proof of purchase
• After 60 days: Returns and exchanges not accepted

• Ruby Joy Boutique reserves the right to refuse returns for any reason
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless there’s a defect in materials or workmanship
• Refund or exchange will be processed after item(s) are received and inspected
• Items must be free of stains, odors, and obvious signs of wear
• Returns will not be accepted for damage due to customer misuse
• Please follow care instructions—cold water, gentle cycle, and hang dry is always a good bet!

• Holiday or seasonal items: Must be returned within 3 days of purchase and before the holiday

Purchases made after Nov 14 qualify for our extended holiday policy:
