This listing helps me keep track of requests and work through them in order to ensure each customer gets the attention they deserve. Simply add it to your cart, complete the details, and check out. We’ll reach out when it’s your turn to discuss your design!
The $5 design fee will be applied to your final invoice amount.
Custom design requests are completed in the order they are received. Turnaround time may vary depending on current workload.

Pricing & Sizing Information
Custom designs are available in sizes XS-4X, and pricing varies based on the item, design complexity, materials, and customization options. Base prices start at:
- T-Shirts – $29.99
- Premium tees (Comfort Colors) - $32.99
- Long-Sleeved Tees – $37.99
- Sweatshirts – $44.99+
- Embroidery – $49.99+
An invoice will be sent with final pricing once all details have been finalized. Once a design is finalized, any major changes may result in additional costs or a new request.
SHIPPING
We ship orders Tuesday–Saturday and do our best to get your goodies out the door quickly!
- In-house items ship within 2-3 business days
- Online exclusives and custom orders ship in 7–10 business days
- If your order includes both, they may ship separately
Shipping Rates
- Orders $0–$74.99 → $6.00 shipping via USPS Ground Advantage (2–5 business days for delivery)
- Orders $75+ → FREE shipping

- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they leave our shop, or for customer errors that result in misdelivery.
- If something goes wrong in transit, we’ll do our best to help you work with the carrier
- At this time, we do not offer international shipping or sales
RETURNS
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If there’s an issue, please let us know as soon as possible—we’re here to help!
Return Timeframes
- Within 30 days: Full refund with proof of purchase
- 31–60 days: Store credit or exchange with proof of purchase
- After 60 days: Returns and exchanges not accepted
Return Guidelines
- Ruby Joy Boutique reserves the right to refuse returns for any reason
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless there’s a defect in materials or workmanship
- Refund or exchange will be processed after item(s) are received and inspected
- Items must be free of stains, odors, and obvious signs of wear
- Returns will not be accepted for damage due to customer misuse
- Please follow care instructions—cold water, gentle cycle, and hang dry is always a good bet!
Exceptions
- Holiday or seasonal items: Must be returned within 3 days of purchase and before the holiday
- Final Sale Items:
- Any discounted items
- Items purchased with store credit or return credit
- All exchanges
- Gift cards, custom orders, and online exclusives
Holiday Return Extension
Purchases made after Nov 14 qualify for our extended holiday policy:
- Returns must be completed by Jan 14
- Items must be unworn, clean, and have tags attached
- Refunds available with original receipt; store credit or exchange with gift receipt
