Return Timeframes
- Within 30 days: Full refund with proof of purchase
- 31–60 days: Store credit or exchange with proof of purchase
- After 60 days: Returns and exchanges not accepted

- Ruby Joy Boutique reserves the right to refuse returns for any reason
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless there’s a defect in materials or workmanship
- Refund or exchange will be processed after item(s) are received and inspected
- Items must be free of stains, odors, and obvious signs of wear
- Returns will not be accepted for damage due to customer misuse
- Please follow care instructions—cold water, gentle cycle, and hang dry is always a good bet!
